30-Night Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying STEAD. Every order of the STEAD Ring is covered by our 30-night money-back guarantee. You have 30 nights from the day your order is delivered to try it. If it isn't right for you, email us and we will refund your purchase. You do not need to send the used ring back.

How to request a refund

Email support@rukk.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short note on what didn't work for you. We reply within 1-2 business days. For hygiene reasons, used rings are not resold, so we do not ask you to return them.

The guarantee covers one claim per customer and applies to orders placed on this website.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Unopened items

If you change your mind before opening, you can return the item unopened in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will send return instructions.

Free gifts

Free gifts included with your kit do not need to be returned and have no cash value.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible; once an order has shipped, the guarantee above applies.

EU and UK customers

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days under local consumer law.
